Coast Guard Ice Diving Fatalities
Two fully trained CG divers died in an arctic ice dive. News I saw said the dive was underway less than ten minutes when they were both pulled in.
The captain of the ship was relieved of duty. Very unfortunate, but also a bit strange. Any additional facts?
