there are storm sewer systems that run very close to the fondations of buildings and under parks. not all sewers are for sewage.

Actually, this is not new. Dive centers should have been given notices a few years ago concerning the same matter. These notices should be posted visable to dive center customers for the centers that received them.

I always get funny looks when I haul my Silent Submersion scooter through the apartment building lobby. All I can say to my neighbors is, "There are no weapons of mass destruction here"... (and give a little wink ). - Kirk

Are Dive shops able to "profile" for potential terrorists? I must have sucked at it....
