I will be out at Square lake on Thursday April the 10th at 5:30pm to do a dive. Those that are interested you are more than welcome to join me. I know there is currenly ice on the shore but today is going to be 55 and sunny and tomorrow 60+. The ice should be gone. If not i'll still find a way to get in the water out there. I will be going in the park side to do the dive. Thanks Jason. Big Grin

Please let us know about the ice condition as I am going to get something going out there on Saturday. Perch Lake was great (viz was a bit down though).

I dove there last night. Conditions were excellent. 41 degrees to 21 feet. Ice was present but very far away from platforms. Visibilty was incredible for Square Lake. I would guess 20 - 30 feet. We got in the water about 6 pm from the Park's boat ramp and went towards the platforms near Golden Acres. Golden Acres was closed when we left at 7:30. We didn't notice if it was open earlier.

Diving should be excellent tonight.

As far as I know , Golden Acres is not open at of yet according to Rich at SD&T. That sounds like awesome viz for Square...Sounds like you had a great time !!!

:'( i will not be able to make it to square lake tonight. for those of you who were going to meet me i'm sorry. Grandma is in the hospital and has 3-5 days left to live. hopefully next week i'll be able to meet up with a few of you. sorry
