New posts at top

I like the new posts on top but is there a way to change the "last post" feature on the right column of the forums to point to the most recent post of the thread now that the most recent posts are on the first page? For example before if you clicked on the last post title for a particular forum, it would bring you to the last and most recent page of the most recent thread in the particular forum. Now since they are switched around when you do that it directs you to first or oldest page of the thread in the forum.

I don't think so... I'll do some digging though. There's probably a way, but it's over my head

I guess the only time it's really an issue is if the thread is more than one page long and also is the most recent thread in a particular forum.
