Monday July 12th Lake Calhoun... anyone??

Would like to head down and dive Lake Calhoun at about 2:30 pm. Last time I went last October I found so many cool things just diving along the shoreline to about 30' (including but not limited to a cinderblock with chains attached to it!!)

Been wanting to go back ever since, and this time with a collection bag.....

Anyone interested????? Could also do Tuesday afternoon if that works better for anyone.

Planning on bringing the grill and beers for afterwards......anyone?

Thinking meet up at the fishing dock on the east side of the lake, unless anyone has a better suggestion on where?

I can’t be there till about 1:30, but I be ready to dive when I get there. Any thoughts on what kind of dive we are looking to do? I have never dove Lake Calhoun and honestly am not sure what to expect. I guess some research is needed, but I’m up for whatever.

Leaving from Coon Rapids at 12:30 - should put us there right about 1pm

We were there!!! East side of the lake off the fishing dock. Were there from 1pm until 5pm

MN Nomad and I got in 2 dives, Trinity and Goaliemn swang by to hang out and we ended the evening with dinner, drinks and past dive pics (courtesy of Terry) at the new Toby Keiths restaurant in St.Louis Park
