Dr Mudspringers
I bought some battery operated socks and glove liners for use under my dry suit and WOW! The windchill was -5F and the water temp was 35F at Grand Marais bay on sunday. Exiting the water everyhing froze instantly but my feet and hands were perfectly toasty. It's Gerbing's heated clothing made for motorcyclists, and sold by Dr Mudspringers in Spring Lake Park. The heating elements cover the entire feet top and bottom, and entire hand. Attatches via insulated wire to a rechargeble battery pack that I put in my weezle chest pocket. We didn't find the wreck we were looking for but The vis was spectacular, and I stayed warm until I could be removed from my gear.Linda
