Little Long Dive Report
Took a dip in Little Long on Saturday. Vis was 5-10 feet and worse below thermocline, has not turned over yet, but had to break thin ice, which was gone by the end of dive. Water temp was 42. Almost no fish along weed beds. Did spook something big, but only saw the stirred up silt path due to limited vis.
Must remember to wear blaze orange this time of year. Surfaced to the sound of gunfire. (Probably the gun club on west side of lake, but just in case....) It was better than not diving at all, but really makes me appreciate the vis at Crosby. Lee |

Re: Little Long Dive Report
Hey Lee,
Let me know next time you plan to dive... I live/work very close by but never seem to find anyone interested in diving Little Long. Usually I'm busy during the day (work >), or maybe a lunchtime dip would work, but weekend and evenings should work... I have all my dive stuff readily available...
