I just want to say thank you for the outstanding customer service, and education I received this afternoon up in Maple Grove.

I went in to purchase a 5 dollar DUI ticket
and came out with over $700 dollars in Merchandise.Â
Right down to the doors being held open for me, upon my entrance
and taking my gear into the back for quick servicing.
You guys have done a wonderful job and it did not go unnoticed.
Thank you. ;D

As a fan of customer service, I always appreciate it when an employee goes out of his or her way to help me. I always find it interesting why most consumers settle for less then the clerk going the extra mile.

HAVE YOU EVER CAUGHT YOURSELF THANKING THE EMPLOYEE OF ANY RETAIL OPERATION FOR ACCEPTING THE CASH THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR......... and then wait for a response.. like ...... WELL THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS.... HAVE A GREAT DAY... etc.

most retail employees donot understand the value of that customer to the enterprise.

CROWE..... I appreciate the fact that you took the time to post it. I'm sure the owner of GUDC would like to hear it.

BUT I HAVE ONE QUESTION.... who was the lady ? ;D

What day did you come in? Just want to let the guys know. I can help you with the Cobra too, I just posted a local fun dive for the 20th and we will be up at Louise the 30th and the 1st completing some dives from the 28th.
