Wazee open?

With all the warm weather, is Wazee open enough in any areas for open water diving?

I dropped by Wazee today on my way back from Florida cave diving.

Most of the lake has what looks like 1-2 inches of ice on it, but it looks like someone broke through near shore at Site 1 (ramp near campground) and dropped off the wall, probably this morning.  There was only about 1/8 inch of ice over a 10x10ft rough hole.  There are some open areas, but mostly a thin sheet of ice.  I wouldn't feel comfortable treating it as open water, but it is divable.
