Do you have to have your own spearfishing equip.? I assume they provide weights & tanks (and air).  About how deep is the fishing? Thanks.

I have an extra gun and they probably do on the boat as well. We need to let them know ahead of time on gear. depths  to 130. night time rod a reel fishing with equip provided

  4 days and a wakeup for underwater hunting. I will try to post some pics when I get back. Maybe some of you will be inspired enough that the next time opportunity knocks you will answer.

We only need 4-6 people for the boat. I can usually go on short notice. In the winter most trips can get cancelled because of high seas :'(. The best time to go is in end of april - june.

I will probably go again end of april or sometime into may. I usually wait until a week or two before I book airfare. It's nice to get round trip tickets for between $100-$200 ;D.
I only require about 48-72 hours notice. Check out spearboard.com and the guys on the "Holy Spearit". Let me know if anyone wants to go 8)

Trip update........  Spoke with boat captain all of april and part of may booked. If anyone wants to go lets pick a date and save our spot.

best time to spear fish is mid May till the end I like going Memorial week days avoid the tourist weekend
