Reducing polution levels = more expensive industrial waste mgmt systems = increased costs = budget cuts = union worker layoffs = phone calls to head of Democratic party

Reducing pollution levels= develping new technologies= opening up new job markets= cleaner enviroment AND new jobs. It happend with the catalytic converter in the 70's- created a whole new industry which, in turn, created 250,000 jobs. 8)

More like arsenic laden-crappies. Wink
