Starting a dive club/whats the liability?

You will find a number of dive clubs in the Twin Cities area. I know of other clubs in different parts of the state. The existing clubs may provide the structure you seek.

Otherwise I know that the informal nature of mnscuba.com meets the needs of many divers. Personally I like the "show up, buddy up, dive in" nature of our virtual group.
