There are a lot of nice wrecks in the keys. From what I've seen, the reefs are usually pretty beaten up though. They will usually take you to the wreck first and then do a shallower reef dive second for two-tank boat dives. I've done the Busch, Thunderbolt, Dwane, Bibb, Spiegel Grove, and Cayman off the top of my head. I'd recommend any of them. I've had good experiences with Tavernier Dive center. There are also a few good technical wrecks off of Key West like the Wilkes Barre.
