Breath in, breath out, breath in, breath out, breath in, breath out, breath in, Hold it..... hold it............... hold it......................hold it......... keep holding it........keep holding it some more. Hold it passed the feeling of not being able to hold it anymore. Feel the fire in your lungs? :o That fire disappears in time as you do more and more of Session 1, Phase 1. O.K. - now go eat/drink lots of anti-oxidants.. you know, like wine, grape juice, prunes, kale, brocoli, spinach, etc. End Session 1, Phase 1 Fred
