New shipwreck in Duluth Harbor

Well It looks like we just got the carpet yanked out from underneath us.  I am not quite sure how this works, but the Coast Guard stepped in TODAY and mandated the contracting of a firm from the West coast to perform dive operations.  They mandated teams of 4 divers with communication units and helmets to be the first in the water for hull assessment etc.  There is still a chance that Jay will get wet, but at this time..his dive is on hold until further notice..........Will keep you posted
