Need advise

Ok, I need some help picking a vacation. Since my wife says I have to take her on nice dive trip once the twins are born (2 more weeks), it's time to start the wheels rolling. I thought Florida cave country but she wants reefs and critters. Here's what we came up with as possiblites so far-

Coz 's - clear water, good facilites, reefs and critters, not too hard on the wallet.
's - been there several times
Bonaire 's Some cheap fare's, love that shore diving.
's long flight, been there.
Rivera Maya not too bad on the $$, ceynotes!, topside attractions.
Salt water diving not so good,
Turks & Caicos 's never been there but heard good things, group of friends going so plenty of babysitters.
's $$$.
Anyway that's what we are kicking around. So since it seems rather quiet the last few days, any suggestions or comments would be great.
