I was going to go there yesterday myself but other things came up. Vis is usually poor this soon after ice out should clear up pretty good in a couple of weeks. If you are out diving and come across a bouy that is still down go ahead and send it to the surface. We will be going in soon to free anyone that isn't up . As for the fish they will be moving in as soon as the water warms a little more The plane you found will be moving to its final resting place soon too We just ran out of time last fall and you should have come across 2 platforms that will be installed at their final location.
