after the recent rain.. crosby conditions??

can anyone who's been to crosby bring me up to date on what the vis might be this weekend after the rains they've had.. or the rains they may get yet tonight and tomorrow?  Some family and I are planning on getting over there maybe on saturday for some extreme snorkeling, but I don't want them to be dissappointed after all the bragging I've done about how good the visibility can be there... if it's likely to be bad we may just stick around the local lakes then (d.l., vergas, ottertail area)
When I've been to crosby after rains... (or during) it seems that the red silt moves in a layer deeper and deeper so above the layer it's good, below the layer it's good, and then in the layer it's not so good.
