Just returned from Isle Royale myself. Dove the Kamloops, Congdon and Emperor. The weather was awesome! Barely any wind, no noticeable waves and very sunny. The lighthouse flies sucked though.
Did a dream dive: decended on the Kamloops' bow section and slowly made our way up the ship to the stern line. Barely need my HID light. It would have been perfect if I didn't get a 02 cell warning early in the dive... the d@mn alarm kept beeping! It was nice to see so many different rebreathers: 3 Inspirations, 3 KISS and 1 Meg. For three dives I used less than 19 cf of diluent and less than 19 cf of 02! Paul - Glad you enjoyed your Isle Royale dives... we are very lucky to live near such pristine wrecks! Have fun in Two Rivers.
