When you get the PB setup make sure it's correctly fitted for you - there's nothing worse than an ill fitting BP (actually there is: a wrap around BCD). This link will give you a detailed, no-nonsense description how to properly adjust your harness: - even if you decide to use a quickrelease on the harness :
