Re:Long Hose problem
I'm sure I'll find some good advice from the Wednesday night group that dives with SD&T. I'm hoping to make it out tomorrow. I'll post any good advice I get...

Re:Long Hose problem
UPDATE:
I routed the long hose under the knife I carry on the belt of the BP/H, and it seemed to work out GREAT !!! No more hose problems. Jeff |

Re:Long Hose problem
UPDATE ALSO: Rich from SD&T has make a little gizmo that I tried out that holds my long hose very nicely. It's a little holder that is hanging off my harness belt. The hose actually loops thru the "noose" and pretty much stays put. But now that I have a small knife on my belt also , I could use either one!!!
Thanks... Jean

Re:Long Hose problem
I just shove my snorkel in my belt and secure it with a rubber "snorkel keeper". My 7' hose wraps around it like it would around a canister light. I just have a basic freediving snorkel- no goofy valves on it to get in the way.
This works out well when teaching basic openwater classes- keeps me in standards yet lets me dive DIR at the same time. ;D Jon
