Dive Boat on Tonka last weekend Barge

first time i remember diving a spot on tonka and having to share with another dive boat. thought it kinda interesting. post a picture.. i admit i nearly ran this small boat over, i didn't see the small dive flag till i was nearly on them. i was embarrassed, but not to proud to apologize and share story. a great example why i fly a 4ft flag 10ft off my deck. vis nothing special. and kinda chilly.
