Square LAKE Dive report 12:30 pm today friday
Nice sunny day.
Water temp at 20 feet 41 degrees,vi 5-8 ft.The Bathrooms are open and working. I cleaned the toliet off,No animals were harmed in making this Dive! Jerry > |

I haven't had any ambition to dive square lake for awhile... has the vis ever been 20 feet there in the last year? I'm suprised perch isn't more popular, as I found that a more interesting lake.

I remember the great viz back in the early 70's - now it's horrible especially if dive classes have, or are, out there. Perch is the better bet.

Hi,
Yes Usually Perch is clearer,early spring square might be 15-20 feet. Oh the good old days in the 60's vis at Square Lake was forty feet early spring. Going to Florida spring s in 20 days Much clearer there. Jerry |
