Diving Snowman on hwy 36?
What's the story of the snowman shaped statue on the south side of hwy 36 with the diver flag on it's belly?

Was it near air down there? They are off 36 up that way somewhere aren't they?

I only know the location off 94. The snowman is next to a farm or house I think. I pass it too fast. Google has street view.
The road isn't named.

I saw it too, and thought it does look just like a dive flag, it would be cool to paint one on the belly of the big snowman in North Saint Paul,,,,once it got dark. T
