Subtle, suliminal ad for your company?? [/quote] Yes, indeed Lisa, I did put up all 18 vertical lightning arresters up the outsides of the Target Center (some 155' up) too, just to keep YOU safe, well, and to save Mick Jagger and Ronnie Wood next time there up sitting on that new sod roof, enjoying the sunset before a concert, drinking a cold one, while rolling a big fat one. Lightning Protection? I have seen those big fuses rolling around in the back of your truck. I thought you were a high voltage electrician and not a "no voltage" electrician ;D. I thought Thompson Lightning Protection had the market cornered. We are doing a 140,000 sf building in Chaska that will need lightining protection in about 12 months... Hey bidder, bidder... |

Re: Crosby Sat and Sun 09/25 & 09/26
So can we please get a tally here as to who will be diving @ Crosby on Sat. & Sun. I know that Angie is sick so she will only be up for her AOW dives on Sunday.
I am still hoping to go, but the weather is getting a little cold to go tenting. So I might check into local hotel prices... not sure yet. |

Re: Crosby Sat and Sun 09/25 & 09/26
I wish I could put it in concrete that I'd be there.. but the way things go in my life I could be anywhere else.
This is the best time of year for tenting! Love those brisk mornings and scraping the frost off the walls. No mosquitos! Who knows it could be near 70 deg. or more those days and not freezing at night. Fred
Cold and dark down there huh?

Re: Crosby Sat and Sun 09/25 & 09/26
The keys to tent camping in this time of year are to make sure you have a tarp Under your tent, take an extra sleeping bag (or a fleece blanket) for inside the regular sleeping bag if you need. Use another tarp as a fly over your tent to keep the frost or heavy dew from settling on the tent, it also holds some heat in. Chemical heat packs at the toes don't hurt a bit! Also bring a stocking cap to keep your head warm at night and between dives if it's cool during the day!
Happy Camping!~

Re: Crosby Sat and Sun 09/25 & 09/26
It was beautiful diving at Crosby today.. 41 degrees at depth, fair to good visability depending on the depth. 72 minute run time and dinner at y'betcha with a couple great diving buddies (even if they are kinda rough on the newbie)
