Scuba Daddys in Apple Valley
Would anyone have info on scuba daddys dive shop that used to be in Apple Valley? The owners names and dive instructors. I had my wallet stolen several years ago and my dive certificate. Ineed info to get a duplicate certificate. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

If it was PADI any PADI shop can pull your certifications online. It may take a few attempts as the search is case sensitive and included middle initial or name.
Ask your doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.

Getting a new cert card is quite easy, all it requires is filling out a new pic card, any PADI dive store can do that for you. Once submitted, you should have your card within a month.
Me, I'd call PADI directly.
