I don't know that it would work to well to scuba dive off of but I'm looking at one of these. At only 21 lbs it should pack fairly easy and could travel with me and the tent to Mexico or where ever. "edit" I guess it's got an inner hull of PVC so maybe it won't pack. "end-edit" They don't have them in stock yet so I haven't seen one up close. A gift certificate I have for Cabela's is burning a hole in my pocket... don't know what to put it towards.

Seylor makes one called a diveyak.
It is probably good for diving but would be a pig in the water for general usage. JoelW |
