Re: State Parks
You can dive at Goosberry?  Can you give me some info on this?  I've pretty much only dove at Square lake, the Crosby Pits and the Madera.

Thanks.

Re: State Parks
I would like some info on that as well. I have dove Isle Royale, the Madiera and a couple "generic" sites on Lake Superior, but never at Gooseberry. Sounds interesting.

Re: State Parks
Divesuperior is a good website for Superior dive sites.  Here is a direct link to the Gooseberry page.

Re: State Parks
my wife and I camped at gooseberry park during the grandma's marathon.. I freedove it for about 1/2 hour or so.. no fish, good clarity, maybe 40', lots of rock structure with some overhangs.. huge boulders, easy access, just a short walk from our tent.  Kinda interesting, but some of the coldest water I've been in.. next to the madiera, which I still think was even colder than under the ice.

Re: State Parks
Thanks for the info. I may try to fit that one in next year.
