We headed to Sherwood Forest (north access) for a couple dives on Monday.  It was a bit too hot suiting up (95F!) and surface temps were already 72F, but visibility was still pretty nice.

Any geologists out there know what these are?  About 2' long, solid rock with cracks, embedded in clay & mica.

I can't imagine getting suited up in the dry suit, in that kind of heat.  I think would have been diving wet!
