Can anyone tell me what to expect in temp. change in the pits from a dive in the first part of September to now.

or will it be the same ??

I'm guessing the temps are dropping pretty quickly up there now. I know locally Square lake was 63 degrees on Saturday and last night it was down to 59 degrees already.

it's mid to upper 50s compared to mid 60s

We dove Hopkins yesterday. The thermocline was down to 35' ;D. The temperature above the thermocline was 60 degrees.

Hi,

Two of us dove Lake Louise Saturday afternoon (Nov-13). The surface water temp was around 47F-48F. At depth we showed about 44F. We didn't go below the layer (around 50') since the viz was noticeably bad. Visibility in the first layer was probably 35' (or slightly better) however not much improved since September. FYI - we only saw hunters in the area later in the afternoon as we were leaving.
