Re:British Columbia 2005
I grew up on Whidbey Island, & since being certified, have put either BC or the Puget Sound on my "must dive" list. I'm curious - did you and most (or all) of your dive group dive dry? What was the temp. on average? Looks like a great operation.

Re:British Columbia 2005
Yes it is a great operation and we do dive dry suits. The temp in ranges from 48 to 52 degrees F. On the boat I wore shorts and t-shirt, but the evenings were a little cooler. We dove the outter wall on the very north of Vancouver Island One site we always dive is Dillons Rock we had a dozen octupus spread out from about a foot to 4 feet in size. We had 3 humpback whales, dolphins skooting the boat sea lions and coral, invertbrates, fish, and other marine life that was unbelievable. We even did a treck up a river which was nice. I'll have some photos on our web site to check out in a few days if interested.

Re:British Columbia 2005
Rick, how many dives did you get in each day on the Natulius? How far north did you go?

Re:British Columbia 2005
We did 17 dives in 5 days. We went all the way to the Outer Wall which is where the Pacific meets Northern Vancouver. Great dive but very tide oriented This is where the waves from the Pacific meet the out going current which will creat a water wall of as high as 15 feet great for kayaking Highest we saw it was about 5 feet. I am really leaning on the June 4th trip to be with th Marine Biologist will be on There will be a post on our news letter that you shoul be getting

For the June 5th trip I have one berth left at $1095.00 I have one week to fill it before it goes back to the company. $200.00 deposit will keep spot for you Contact Rick at 218-749-1561 if you want to close the deal Check out our trip page on our web site to see further info on the trip A little update on this trip. Being that we will be with people from the Vancouver Aquarium we will be stopping at Hornsby Island for dive with the six gill sharks that are up for mating. They normaly are found below 1000 feet. This alone will make the trip the best
