is that shorter gun easier on those fast moving carps?.. i have yet to nail a carp. my problem is i cant get close to them before that spook. i have had currious carp circling me and following. it was a strange strange feeling. every time i looked at it .. it would turn and swim away. then as i moved on i noticed it was following me, id turn to look it would turn away, this went on over and over till i realized this fish is deffinitely following me!!! i dont know what it was thinking. they are the smartest largest brained freshwater fish we have. studdies have shown that they memorize lake bottom contours and can navigate and show up in very distant spots at particular times throughout the day. domesticated carps that are pets can be taught tricks.

the shorter gun is easier in low visibility water.. maneuverability is probably better too.  Those big band guns are sure nice though..power, but a lot more $$ then I have in my pneumatics.
