North Dakota Scuba
i havent found much information on places to dive in North Dakota.
it isnt known for deep clear lakes, but my parents old boat rental buisness they had in the 80s is now under the devils lake waterline, and possibly some old farms are as well... has anyone been to any decent or interesting lakes in North Dakota?

Re: North Dakota Scuba
I worked out in Bismark last summer and did some exploring on the 1 sunday I was there. There actually is a dive shop in Bismark and they dive in Lake Sakakawea(sp?) It is the reservoir created by the garrison dam about 75 miles north of Bismark and has places that are underwater there. I don't know if they dive them or not but there are 200 foot deep areas. I can't remember what they said the vis is like there but I do remember something about drift diving down the river from the dam.
