buffalo lake again

well the city managed to lose another bouy. and I got called to find the chain again. they brought me out in a fishing boat. I rolled off the bow and into warm green water. I droped down to the 13 foot bottom where even with my light I could not see the outline of my hand or see my gages.
I had to swim a square patern for about 20 min before I felt the chain on the bottom.
this Fall I may do a  dive and put small floats about 3 feet above the anchors. once the algie dies
