i wish they provoded more details, he shot the spear that went in his head? i cant imagine how this guy managed to shoot himself from a ricochet, i can see a bullet, but a spear has a LOT of forward momentum... possibly if the butt of the rod came back and went in, but talk about weird, i can barely imagine doing this with a longer speargun.
at least with the spear it has a better chance to seal the bleeding, where a bullet usually doesnt.
