Isle Royale-Down 2 feet

Just got back from another fabulous trip on ken Merrymans boat stirred up mud out of Grand portage, all the big boats are gone and only a few boats moored there now. Wendigo is down about 2 feet and the big ferry is not crossing. The diving was spectacular and we did extra time on the Emperor. Oneplanned penetration was nixed due to an interior wall collapse in the Galley. Still awsome dives! Air temp was 50 and sunny, and bottom temp was 37-40. Not bad at all.No one had any equipment problems so all was great! This was my 3rd trip there and I hope to keep going. If the water drops any more the islands docks wil be quite high, and overnight docking impossible. We did a midwater anchor one night and a Wendigo tie up one night due to island dock water being too shallow. Linda
