Upgraded Equipment Protection
I started with an Ocean Technology Systems large regulator bag and quickly outgrew it. So this lead me to run to Fleet and look for a hard case. For $75 with tax I scored this Plano, lockable, and weatherproof case(in the gun case aisle) and made my own cutouts for my pieces as displayed. The middle foam piece(that you cut out) is removable so if I needed more space, I could ditch it, and still have padding on top and bottom. If anyone is looking for a good case, I would look into this to protect your gear.
I have since used the OTS bag as storage for my masks, light charger, computer wires, slate, and o-ring box. closed bag.jpg (Size: 90.97 KB / Downloads: 18) open bag.jpg (Size: 85.21 KB / Downloads: 14) hard case open.jpg (Size: 187.49 KB / Downloads: 17) hard case closed.jpg (Size: 110.19 KB / Downloads: 11) |

RE: Upgraded Equipment Protection
Right-o, I use a hard case for my light only, the one bummer about protective cases is they take up a ton of space.

RE: Upgraded Equipment Protection
I use a large soft cooler to transport and store my camera equipment. Inexpensive, reliable, and easily stowed when not being used:
