I had some fun during my first local dives of the year out at Square Lake yesterday morning.  I had the whole dive area to myself -- no swimmers or divers.  My wife laughed at me when I explained that I spent 40 minutes during one of my dives taking macro shots of snails.  If you're not a macro person you just don't understand.  ;D

I found this little guy hanging upside down which was kind of cool since you could see the bottom of his foot.



Here's a close up shot of the smaller snail. The snail's shell is almost translucent.
