I'm tempted. What are conditions typically like at Harriet? Viz, temp, etc.?

Other than hearing its usually about the same as Calhoun, I couldnt tell ya

What I can tell ya is I have heard from very good sources that its better to dive than Calhoun, more to see etc

harriet might have more fish, more weeds, muckier bottom, and old dock ruins near the pavilion... went south along the mooring bouys and it wasnt very exciting tho

calhoun has more junk and a sailboat and weird hills with clay boulders.

We were there from 2:00 pm until 7:15 pm

Good time - definetly not as clear as Clahoun

Vis in some spots around 30' was 8-10' but for the most part, down to about 2-3' everywhere else

Found a 50 gallon drum, checked out the footings from the old band shell and lots of cans, bottles etc.

While on shore spotted a couple huge carp in the shallows. easily 2' and fat!
