What am I doing wrong
I am trying to look at ALL of the albums, I only get 36 and cant reorder or go to the next page.

I don't think there is a way to look at the complete list of available albums in the gallery. The gallery has 112 albums in 37 member galleries:
When you click on this link you see 37 members with galleries. It's all on one page so there is no pagination. I hope this answers your question.
