How does someone swim down 393 ft and back on a single breath!?
Herbert Nitsch does it again.. breaks his own 114 meter record with a swim down 120 meters (393 feet) and back. This is no sled ride.. it's a swim down and back. CW - for constant weight, which means, what you leave the surface with, you bring back to the surface - to me, the purest form of freediving (well, other than doing it naked, or CWNF, constant weight, no fins).
Can you imagine! almost 400 feet deep!! ON a Breath! Unbelievable! Most would struggle with 120 feet, let alone 120 meters! yeah, I'm impressed. Fred

running 400 feet and back on land on one breath is hard enough.
