Local Regulations
I was looking around for laws on scuba and I found this DNR site. The thing that I found the most useful was that it clearly defines a difference between swimming and scuba diving which may help you out if you have a penchant for legal difficulties while diving in a lake with "no swimming" signs. I was suprised that Bloomington has restrictions.(whoops :
