mall of america/swim with sharks
Hi,
Im a diver from kansas city looking for some people that may be interested in the swim with the sharks at the mall of america on october 16th. I havnt checked with them on availability yet but im trying to guage interest in it since there is a minimum number of poeple required in order to do this. I may be moving up to minnesota next year so it would also be nice to meet some of the people to learn the diving up there. thank you corey |

Corey: I think the minimun is 3...max is 5. If you get 5 , you get a little bit of a discount. If you get short , I might be able to be talked into it. I've done this 3 times already and I STILL haven't been able to increase my sharks teeth collection...!!! (gads...) Jean
How's my diving? Call 1-800-EAT-FISH

Re:mall of america/swim with sharks
It's two dives, one in the salt water tank, and one in the fresh water tank. The dives can be up to half an hour each depending on the group. The dive masters watch the group and if they start looking bored they move you along.
I think the max depth was 11 feet. They supply the air and weights, and they gave us T-shirts and a certificate. In the salt water tank they give you time to search for shark teeth. They are a bit hard to pick out at first as the bottom is white as well. Once you find one they're easier to pick out from the rest of the bottom. In the fresh water tank you get to feed worms to the sturgeons |

And if you're lucky they'll stick themselves to your knees and the top of your head!

$995.00 will get you 4 dives a day, sharks, turtles, some of the best diving in the Bahamas along with meals and drinks. Leaving Oct.23rd out of Miami. Is it just 1 dive? How long? $175 seems steep... [/quote] |
