I just had the last batch of my cylinders hydro tested at Nardini.

Nardini was happy to follow the PST system test procedure, which All-Safe was not willing to do. They were a little cheaper at $19 per cylinder.

Nardini does not offer VIP inspections, and as far as I know they don't offer any sort of cylinder reconditioning (tumbling/shot blasting), but I didn't ask.

Also due to the nature of their setup they cannot perform the tests required to stamp a "+" rating allowing a 10% overfill for 3AA steel cylinders.

The service was great, quick turn, friendly, helpful. I recommend them.
