The Dive Shop Travel section has been renamed to Dive Shop Events which will provide an avenue for dive shops to post information about certain events, travel and educational opportunities they may have.

We would like the board to remain a grass-roots effort and as commercial-free as possible. At the same time we believe that the local dive shop is an extremely important part of our dive community. We would like this board to provide an avenue of communication between dive shops and divers -- without affecting the overall "tone" of the board. It is in this spirit that we have created the Dive Shop Event forum. This forum is meant to be more commercial in nature. It gives our local shops the ability to communicate events, travel, and education. We provide equal opportunity to any shop that would like to communicate event information that may benefit local divers.
