Diving Incident
This is worth a read. I found the connection from TheDecoStop. It's about a recent incident on Trimix and caves but it's not a normal 'mistakes were made' accident.
The thing I learned was Afrin can cause seizers and someone posted that anĀ ER doctor told him it's common! You'll need a TDS account to read it. I stopped using sudafed some time ago because of links to lower N2 tolerance limits and reverse squeeze risk.
Ask your doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.

Re: Diving Incident
Its scary to think that you can plan your dive "conservitive" at a ppo2 of 1.4, and still be at risk.... :-\
