Mini Clean Up Dive - DetectorGuy - 08-25-2012

My daughter was bored today, so asked if she wanted to go for a boat ride. She said sure. I asked if she minded if I brought my scuba gear with. She said sure. We went to Skogman Lake and I went muck diving. I ran into this area that must have been a dumping area for trash. Here is the trash I removed. Man, I like doing things for the environment!  Smile

Here are some more photos of the trash. The first one is a broken piece of cast iron. The second is a broken shovel. The third is a broken lock. The fourth is a broken Steer horn.

are you gonna reduce, reuse, or recycle that nice garbage you found? (you damn muckhugger!)

I found (and even removed) 2 pop cans in the lake I was in, (even virgin lakes can be dirty).

Holy Cow!!! or steer  ;D  Nice load. Was it as much fun when you can take your time and not have to worry about the other guy finding it?  ;D  I think I've seen that cast iron before...... :-X

I didn't want to cut you out of the herd  Wink but I knew you were busy getting ready for your long commute to the next jobsite  ;D... I kinda feel bad for ya to have to work in such a nasty environment next week  >Big Grin >Big Grin. It wasn't as much fun on that dive knowing that you were missing out, but I did relish the fact that I can mess up the stellar 2' visibility by rooting around and not worry about making it much worse. Have a good week. Work out some of the logistics this week, and pave the way to success in December.  John
