MN School of Diving Customer Service - mcdiver - 07-09-2011 While diving last weekend in the mine pits near Crosby, we had to run into Brainerd to rent some gear. like always, I talk to Bill about diving and life in general, often times lasting longer than some of my dives. As we were getting ready to leave the store, Bill told us that the store would be closing at 3pm on the 4th. We did not see that as a problem, but Bill said "Just in case you can't make it, here is a map to my house." Bill had provide us with a map to his house where we could drop the dive gear off if we were running late. Now that is customer service.
