Any info on diving Lake Okoboji in northern Iowa - MN.Manatee - 05-22-2004

Out in southwest MN there is little for diving - unless you plan on taking a seeing eye dog or a white cane. Thought we'd try Okoboji but know nothing about the lake.

There is a person on the board that dive Okoboji quite often. Look for Jose Javier (I am not sure exactly how to spell it , but he lives in/near Mankato and dives the lake quite a bit).
I would also be willing to go down there and dive it. I have done about 4 dives there and it is a really nice place to dive.

Let me know!!!

A couple of us have dived Okoboji in the past. You can do a search on the board to find our previous messages. Okoboji has some nice marine life. I enjoyed the dives by the towers.
