Lake Monona, in Madison. It's about 3 miles from my house.
It has a warm water discharge pipe onit that normally keeps a good chunk of it open, but the water coming out of it yesterday was barely above 40. That meant that I had to break a path for my self from the beach to the outlet.
Last winter we had 63 degree water coming out of the pipe and the whole beach area was open.
